LOGIN / SIGN-UP
Register with your mobile number (login if you are an existing user). Alternatively you can skip the login and search for the nearby sup station. Make sure you turn on the geo-location feature on your phone to locate the nearest sup station and events.
RENT A SUP
Choose the SUP quantity (max 2 per user) and desired rental session length and proceed to payment options. You can anytime change or add payment methods by simply going to your profile. After completing the transaction process, you will be notified about the confirmation via SMS along with the locker details and access pin.
REACH THE SUP-STATION
On the selected date, time and location, you can simply switch your GPS/Geo location on your phone and follow the route to your destination. On reaching the SUP-Station, you will need to enter the registered mobile number and pin which you have received via SMS on confirmation of booking.
GET YOUR SUP
After successfully entering the deatils, the locker will open automatically and you can collect your SUP board, Life jacket and Paddle and alternatively you can place your personal belongings in the locker. After taking the equipments, please close the locker and enjoy your session.
RETURN TO SUP STATION
In order to return the equipment, scan the paddle at the scanner box and the locker will open automatically. Take out your personal belongings and keep the Sup board, life jacket and paddle at their place respectively and carefully. Again close the locker and enjoy the rest of the day. HAPPY SUP DAY!

OUR RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Suppama is dedicated to providing its customers with a high-quality, affordable, mobile paddle board rental service. We rent brand new Suppama boards. A great way to introduce yourself to the fun of a stand up paddle board is to do a rental while on vacation or even in your home town.
If you’re seriously considering a SUP purchase, we highly recommend taking one or more stand up paddle boarding tours instead of a paying just for a rental. The SUP tours are a kind of combination rental/tour targeted towards beginners so you get the added benefit of scouting out a fun new SUP adventure location. Another reason for doing a few paddle board rentals prior to purchase is to move through the “first week” learning curve on a larger board, and then settling into a board that is ideally sized for your size, skill level, and the application you plan on using it for. Some SUP rental companies offer weekly rentals. This is a great idea for beginners. Rent one (or get a friend and rent two) for a week and take it out every day to see how you like it before you buy one. As an added benefit, you’ll be thru the learning curve by the end of the week and be in a good position to make a purchase decision.
Please read carefully before you rent a SUP:
1.The user shall pay the fee for using the equipment, specified in the price list, in accordance with the type of usage.
2.If the user wishes to use the equipment for longer than 1 hour within the frames of the seasonal ticket, without, meanwhile, returning the equipment to the SUP-Station, or for 2 hours within a one-time ticket, the fee for the expiration of the time limit shall apply, which is 5 EUR per each exceeded half an hour (30 minutes).
3.The period of usage of the equipment can be extended by 6 consecutive hours at most.
4.If the equipment has not been returned 6 hours later at most, a warning shall be sent to the user by SMS, which is also visible for the user in his or her account.
5.If the maximum time has been exceeded, Suppama has the right to demand the payment of penalty fine from the user in the amount of 35 EUR.
